    yeah i really dont have the money to change torque converters and valve bodys so thats out of the question...i was plannin on buyin a honda beater for the winter anyway, but was hopin that until then i could im prove my mileage.....thanks for all the replies

    i have no idea about the fuel filter...guess i should change it anyway...forgot to mention that it has new plugs cap and rotor....anything that i can do to increase mileage?...2$ a gallon for gas is killin me....i spent 70$ on gas in 6 days last week

    i only avg 15mpg with mixed city and highway driving.....the majority of miles are 5-10 mile constant trips at 55-60mph i also have a decent amount of in town driving and am not real great at keepin my foot outta it....but it doesnt seem to matter if i baby it or not o2 sensors?...i dont get...

    changed ball joint....no more squeaks...

    well i changed the ball joint on my drivers side control arm today....really wasnt that hard at all and i no longer have that annoying squeak when i hit a bump or turn the wheel....Dave Anderson did a great write up on chagin the ball joint and if anyone needs help look here...

    my hooker aero chambers sound pretty damn nice with the bbk shorties and bassani catted x pipe sounds a lot better than the 3 chamber flows...i didnt really like the sound with the flows, but im not a huge fan of flows in general on mustangs 5.0s prolly cause everyone has them..my exhaust is...

    yeah thats the sensor for coolant temp for the computer.... the other temp sensor is just the sending unit for the gauge....

    yeah i knew it had nothing to do with displacement, so the only diff is the actual size of the block?...then why is it that most big blocks develop higher torque and are usually made to wrap less rpms than a small block...?

    i know an asian guy here who had a dynoed 650rwhp supra that still ran high twelves..low thirteens....off the line it was a dog... but it did pull hard when he got up in the rs ....dont worry id say up to at least 100 or so mph u should have him....then the aero drag is goin to catch up to you...
