    Water Spots

Try a diluted vinegar mix... you need an acid to get the minerals left from the water off the car. I usually vinegar wash my car after getting hit with my neighbor's sprinkler.. The hard water leaves spots, so it needs an acid to neutralize it. It works, give it a shot.. Just try to deal with...

    Eibach Pro-System Kit

There hasn't been one complaint about the Pro Kit sagging from what I've read and heard, but there are a lot of complaints about the Sportline... They are two different types of springs... Pro kit is progressive rate, when the Sportlines are one rate...

Not sure which polisher to get....

How about acid rain on a 10 year old black stock paint job? Could I bring that paint up with the dual action, or should I just chance it and get the circular polisher? I am not sure where the cutting stops on the dual action and starts on the circular polisher... you know?

    Eibach Pro-System Kit

I have the pro-kit springs and shocks.. no sway bars... here's a picture of my ride height... The car actually rides much better... less body roll, less squat, and even takes the bumps in the road better... Then again, I am comparing it to 9 year old stock shocks!

    South Jersey Mustang Shop

check my car out... I swear by him... The only local guy I'll let touch my car.. I would have had him build my motor too, but he was too busy when I was ready to get done... he does great work! I've worked with him for over 2 years and can't say one thing bad about him...

anybody have experience w/ radical racing in south jersey?

I actually work very closely with Craig Radovich... He's THE BEST in south jersey. He is a former Pro 5.0 driver. Those of you that have been around Mustangs for a while should know him. He was one of the best in his day and a great innovator of the single turbo for the 5.0 car. He has a...

    Anyone else getting stir crazy?

Simple... I hate winter... My car's battery is on the dreaded "trickle-charge"... 12 inches of snow outside... I am SOOOOO ready for spring and can't wait til summer.... I'd much rather sweat my balls off than freeze my dick off in the winter...

Not sure which polisher to get....

I am tossing around the idea of purchasing either a dual action polisher, or a circular polisher... I know the circular polisher has the danger of burning paint, but I am afraid that if I pick up a dual action, then I won't be able to get my 10 year old paint to look it's best. There is a lot...

    So, I compounded.... And...

Well I did use a $30 orbital buffer I bought at pep boys, but once the compound started to dry, the bonnett on the buffer started to move all around and actually came off the buffer. do I need to stop compounding once it starts to dry? Or, do I need to buy a more powerful buffer with the hook...

Who Makes A Good Seat..& comfort???

I have done a lot of research on seats and found price to value going to the Corbeau seats. Recaro definately make great seats, but are double what you would pay for a good set of Corbeau and the comfort isn't much different. Take a look at them. I am going to order a set myself..

    Spoiler installation

I got an s281 for christmas... had it painted in the beginning of January, went to remove the Cobra wing I have on the car and noticed that 2 of the four holes had to be patched and now the deck lid has to be repainted. Also, the wing has to be reformed to fit the deck lid, or the ends of the...

    So, I compounded.... And...

Well, on a factory 9 year old black paint job, first I "claybared", then compounded, polished, then waxed my front driver's quarter panel... I had a lot of acid rain marks.. .it seemed that the compound took about 1/4 of them out... should I compound again??? I am afraid to remove too much of an...

Who else has had the gears polished

Wow.. I've been around racing and Mustangs for over 13 years, and have NEVER heard of that... That's pretty inventive... Anything that is "metal on metal" will have friction... There is NO WAY the gears would keep thier polished shape... NO WAY.. It just physically doesn't make sense..

    I keep getting the CEL

I checked the codes and Bank 1 and 2 are too lean... What are the normal reasons for that? Don't say, "not enough fuel".. I had the car tuned and watched them (one of the best!) do it... Everything looked great... I cleared the codes and it came on again about 30 minutes after driving.. Any...

    Mothers Clay Bar?

It's hard for me to understand how the clay bar actually works.. .I soaked an area of the roof of my car with the detailing spray, then spread the clay bar over that spray and it really didn't feel like it was doing anything other than gliding on top of the spray. At certain times it would...

    Centerforce and SPEC clutches

I had a centerforce dual friction and it worked great until I hit 400RWHP... Then, it slipped like a bitch... Now I have the Stage 3 Spec and it grabs like a MOFO! I have 500RWHP now and it handles the power with out problems... It did chatter for the first 1000 miles, but it subsided and I...

Here's a pic of the MM chrome CC plates

I had it aligned... $90 for camber / castor / tow.. The plates were $250 for the chrome... I think it is totally worth it for my project which will eventually be a "show n go" car.. Install is pretty easy, but you do need to take the 2 front tires off and jack the wheels up to release the shocks...
