    For those of you who have changed the gears...

    One place I called wanted to charge $50 more if I ordered the parts. Their prices were higher. They were too much anyway. I called some of my racer buddies and they hooked me up with a local place that builds race cars and they are going to do it cheaper. It's going to end up being $280.

    Well there is a panhard bar relocation bracket available. And I also hear that Powerhouse is coming out with a low profile girdle soon. I'll probably just wait for that. You think I should invest in Moser axles?

    Well I called a local place to see about getting them installed. If they order the parts it will be $350, if I order the parts it will be $400. They are supposed to be the best place in town. :bang:

    I'm going to buy some 3.73s for my 7.5. It's not looking good for an 8.8 at a decent price. I found some Motive 3.73s for only $138. Any reason to get Ford Racing over these? Or any other brand? Also, I'm about to order a TrueTrac. :banana:

    You know, it's funny. My last car was a '92 Mustang 5.0 and everyone was always surprised when I told them it had a V8. With my new car, everyone is surprised it doesn't have a V8.

    I think it depends on where you live and when you were in the market. The bigger cities have a much better selection of GTs and a better chance of getting a deal. There's a dealership two hours away from me that has 65 GT coupes. My local dealership has 13. Back when I got my V6 there were none...
