    We put in the new tranny, new fluid, the new shifter, old nob, got the ds back on, the h-pipe is back on, new brake line, bled the brakes, and im tired....still have to put on the catback and tips. The new tranny is a Z-spec and seems great so far..:nice:

    yes the car spun going into 3rd not close to all of 3rd though...The stock tires are good for cutting pizzas... Yea with better tires the car is good for 12.5's. I have seen plenty of stock gto's with a good driver and some time behind the wheel hit 12.5's with some mt's. My car trapped...

    I got the new brake line on the car and that was pretty easy to do also. I put in the 2 new bolts for the bottom of the bell housing and found out that the lower hole for the starter motor was stripped out. So I have to get another longer bolt and a lock nut to keep it tight...Things seem to be...

    Well thanks for the help guys but I just got a new tranny for $850...well a remanufactured one. It has a few little things that should make it hold my near stock power levels like nothing. For me getting the t-5 out today was so easy. I used a jack to support the crossmember as I unbloted it...

    Good times but with a 150 shot? I have seen a 75 shot 5.0 pull a full exhaust ls1 that can trap 109...should your car not be in like the 115mph range? Do you have a bottle heater, what was the bottle pressure?
