    Corsa exhaust?

I 've been told that the roush mustang exhaust is by Corsa (made by corsa, but with ROUSH stamped in it). I have a roush and the exhaust is very good.

08 Mustang- Is a Bullitt worth it?

No one mentioned the different pulley. I read somewhere - motor trend I believe - that the bullit also has a different pulley, and that too contributes to the increase in HP over the stocker. And how nice is the shelby 500 or bullit steering wheel?

    Roush HI all/parts

all about the $ I think the cold air induction is good, but you have to decide if you want to go the tuner route or the non-tuner route. I have the "no tune needed" K&N filtercharger which is about $240 retail or so. I also have a superchips 87 octane tune, which I got a used superchips...

    Roush 2005 Roush Mustang Registry

Hello, I am putting together a 2005 Roush Mustang Registry, so far I have about 500 of the 2500+ cars listed. I originally was trying to find all the "forklift" holed cars. These are on the early 2005 cars, aka the rear bumper inserts. These are 2 black slots in the rear bumper used for aero...

Are other parts required when installing Eibach Pro Kit Springs on 05 GT

Agree with everything said except the panhard bar. My car had eibach springs, rear was perfectly aligned. Got rid of the eibachs and went to roush springs and bars. Still the rear was arrow straight. So no need for an adjustable panhard bar. Do the mods, then see if your car is racked to...

    Suspension Mod Advice

This guy Menance07 knows what he is talking about. I HAD prolines on my mustang, car was too low. Only had 5.25" of clear from the ground to the roush chin spoiler. My rear was perfectly centered no need for any adjustment. Replaced with the Roush suspension kit/bars/shocks/springs. Again...

    New Roush Suspension pack

I have a Roush Sport which I have added Roush Part # 401296 which is the Stage 2 full suspension kit. The kit you are refering to is the new trak Pak kit. It kicks up the basic roush suspension (like I have) to the trak pak specs which is for guys who run their Roush on the track but also...

    Premium Fuel

Ethanol is the worst stuff you can put in your car. Here in StL we are forced to, all gas here in StL county is 90% gasoline, 10% ethanol. For years I have wondered why I always get better mileage coming back from out of state. It's because out of state they sell 100% gas! And yes Missouri...

    Low Cost Mods...

lot of bench racing here. A cold air box and a custom tune are good for 10 -20 hp. I have a k&n box which does not require a tune, k&n claims 15 hp, but that is probably streching it. I have not had my car dyno'd but the box is probably only worth half that in my opinion. You really don't...

    Suspension

are you drag racing? If not, why the upper control arm? Also wait until you lower it until you get an adjustable panhard. Mine had eibachs and now roush springs and I never saw the rear move out of center. If you don't need it why waste your money?

    Lowering Kit

Check the part number, it should be the same kit they put on the shelgy GT and the new Bullitt. Also for spring info: http://forums.stangnet.com/showthread.php?t=724398 You will need to do an alignment. In order to do an alignment you will need to have some way of adjusting the camber...

    Lower Control Arms

That's a good call. Simply put, you really just have a few major decisions on LCA's: that being cost and type of bushing. The rest is basically minor preferences. The goal is to control wheelhop which any aftermarket one will do. Good luck! Enjoy! Jack

    lowers without the uppers?

I just got done with $2100 worth of suspension stuff (roush kit, LCA's). I think the upper control arm is a race only thing. I doubt if you would need it on the street. If your lowered and have a street strip car or a track car you may want to look into it for launch adjustment, but you'd...

    Lower Control Arms

Darkfire: I'm not acting like weight savings is an advantage, I'm just pointing out something that many here fail to mention. And that is the weight. I've never seen anyone on this forum address weight of LCA's. How much is a stock one? I've weighed mine, they are 6 llbs, 8.5 oz each. So when...

    Hydracarbon Trap

Thanks guys, I won't worry with it. Mines a late '05 (June) so it probably did not come with it. Casey, I wouldn't throw it away, never know if you may need it for something. People used to throw away emissions stuff off their Boss 302 back in the day, or their rev limiter. Priced one of...

    Hydracarbon Trap

I searched threads for this and came up with only 1 which did not help. I bought my car used, it already had the hydracarbon trap removed and a K&N CAI installed. How can I find out if my car originally came with the hydracarbon trap? Do I need it? The K&N website says to replace it (if...

    Lower Control Arms

Ford Racing - GT 500 LCA's #M-5538-A They are $84 Unlike aftermarket LCA's they have the hole in them to run your E-brake cable (exception - CHE LCA's have a bracket to run the cable thru). They are OEM on the Shelby GT 500 They weigh 6 lbs, 8.5 oz., same as the stock GT ones Their...
