    My motivation for the large injectors is the vortech blower sitting on my workbench... But im having fitment problems (due to it being in a ranger, and not a fox) so it will more than likely end up on the classifieds shortly if a solution is not found.

    Great! thanks for the advice. I went back to my stock #19's and picked up a MAF from the local auto parts store. It runs like a champ. Now that i already have the C&L MAF and #36's, can i tune for them easily without a dyno? (I have a wideband sensor)

    Yeah, 4* of timing is DAMN low. go 13-14* on 93 octane. To remove the water pump, pull the mechanical fan off, along with the shroud. That should be all you need to remove it. (havent been under the hood of an actual fox in forever... Mine is set up differently.
