    First will be parking brake handle mod and new cables since I changed to rear disks, front air deflector, urethane tranny mount. Then motors coming out and getting new rings and gaskets. Then rear suspension getting upper and lower boxed control arms. Then I'm sure something else will happen...

    When you do rear drum brakes the first couple of times, take apart one side at a time and use the untouched side as a guide if you get lost or confused on spring/component placement.. just remember its mirrored for the side your are working on.

    Ditch the adjustable clutch cable, go for a OEM Ford unit, get a firewall adjuster and a good quality clutch quadrant, you could not imagine how good your clutch pedal will feel....when your wallet allows of course

    ^ I have heard none of the 1 pc headlights are of very good quality, they may have changed them by now. I must say they do make the front of the car look cleaner IMO.

So even if the rotors are .060 inch warped, the pedal will not travel any further...the pedal will shake like crazy, but the pedal will not travel further before it catches.     piston ID

    dont mean to thread jack, but if those stock pistons have valve relief, does that mean you can run a cam above .512 lift? I have a set of these pistons from a low mileage 5.0 and want to run an f303 cam, any forseen troubles? Thanks -Jon

    sealing up oil pan the right way.

    Black RTV in the corners on the block where the crank is. Its also A LOT easier to put a new pan gasket on with the timing cover already installed. Ive always used 3M RTV, but one day I decided to use some Permatex I had laying around, and the pan leaked...so use a good RTV, permatex sucks -Jon

    Weird RPM/Dying Issue

    It may be a throttle position sensor issue, they are very touchy, and you can adjust them so they are in spec. It may also be sketchin out and losing signal which can cause problems like youve described. Hope this helps some

    Just read the writeup in the Useful Technical Thread index on PCV system routing. Some helpful information in there, but I am still wondering if it would be ok to run an air filter off the oil filler, or should I install my oil seperator, or do both of these things? Thanks -Jon

    Camber Plates to fit with Strut Tower Brace

    I have a kenny brown (I believe, bought as a kit from Mustangs Unlimited) strut tower brace and hotchkis caster camber plates, and both fit without modification. This is on a 91 though.

    Ive heard the pushrod 5.0s like 20w50 but if you're having trouble getting oil flow with 10w30 I dont think I would run even thicker oil.

    Have you noticed any pull since you put the two tires on? When a tire belt seperates, the tire will usually become larger in diameter, causing a pull, but it might be hard to feel if they are on the back. What size are your wheels - factory bullitt wheels? might be too wide of a tire for 8in...
