    Your saying that your shop manual says torque them down in 2 steps correct? Not This Method 1. Torque to 28-31 lb/ft 2. Tighten an additional 90 degrees 3. Back off bolt one turn 4. Torque to 28-31 lb/ft 5. Tighten an additional 90 degrees ( I'm wondering what the torque value is about now)...

    Take the rubber hose off the backside of the pump and put your finger near the hole, if it's working you'll be able to feel it pushing the air.

    Open the hood and face the engine look, now look at the base of the distributor where it enters the block. On the right side at the bottom of the distributor you'll see that bolt with a hold down.

    Have you tried doing all the usual tune up stuff? Where is your timing set ? Any idea what your fuel pressure is? But first and foremost I fix those vacuum leaks.

    Intake manifold bolts

    ^^^ Lower to head.... 5/16 X 18 X 2" they are all the same Upper to Lower....4 corner bolts are 5/16 x 1 5/8 and the 2 middle bolts are 5/16 x 6.

    What you need is a 5.5mm Deep Thin Wall ¼” drive socket.

    Header bolts too short for Header Flanges.

    Stock header bolts are 3/8" x 16 x 3/4", some application you can use 1”. But as stated you can get 3/8 X 16 grade 8 bolts X (whatever lenght) at most major hardware or auto parts stores.

    Heater Coolant Tube Leaking on Lower Intake

    That I know of there is no O-ring on any part of the heater tube. Between the upper portion of the heater tube where it attaches to the lower portion that attaches to the intake it is sealed by the red thread sealer and not any sort of O-ring .
