Catalytic Converters help :(

In the diagram the HAVAC and RESIVOIR don’t appear to be mounted to the firewall that’s why im confused…

The drawing is a schematic. It shows the relationship of each part to each other, but not exactly how they are mounted in the car.

Dude, I can't tell you exactly how to do it without being there. You want a vac source going thru the check valve, then to 4 places.
1. HVAC (firewall)
2. TAD solenoid
3. TAB solenoid
4. vac resevoir (fenderwell)

Before the check valve, a line of vac source should go to the EGR vac regulator.

So there's 3 lines coming out of the fenderwell? Only thing I can say is to remove the plastic inner fender lining and see what you've got. On my 87, out of the inner fender, there was 1 fuel tank vent line going to the charcoal can, and a single vac line going to the vac resevoir.

Small update I haven't had a chance to open the fender well to see what that 3rd black line is but I will get to it eventually. Although I was checking my spark wires yesterday and i noticed under my air diverter the hose was cracked really bad and it wasn't heat wrapped and the damn thing is so old I tried to pull off the hose and broke off the bottom half of the diverter...
