    I've seen a stang with ghost stripes and they do look cool. I like your choice on the color combo. My 67 is painted true blue(2000 stang color) and I would like to go with silver stripes. :nice:

    Would not surprise me. But it may be as is was in 90 when I bought my GT. They all were optioned with power everything and same stereo, only options were really the leather seats. So it may start at 25k heavily equipped already, and add leather and maybe bigger wheels to take it to around 26.5k...

    Quick Head Question

    I believe the heads will work, cause I know people who have put 351 windsor heads on their 302's and 289's. The 351 has a taller and wider deck height so manifolds differ but heads bolt up. I'm about 99% sure so someone chime in and help my memory a bit.

    Usually, to have the work done on stock heads to achieve 425hp potential is the same money as buying a set of aluminum ones and getting a good weight savings to boot. Unless you are skilled to do the work on the stock ones yourself. :nice:

    Everywhere. Besides all the places people have mentioned, try to find a car with the original paint job. Even if its faded badly. If its rust free on the exterior with the original paint then it should have less rust problems. Not saying not to check all of the usual places anyway, but repaints...

    Yes, you can take them off. The place I bought my new panels from only sells the trim for 65-66 though. Fortunately mine were reusable. I'm sure you could find them somewhere, even if they are used or NOS. Good luck.
