    Oil Pan Gasket Questions

    i didnt pull the engine or trans either. just jacked up the motor till it hit the firewall but i jacked it up from the balancer. i used 1 peice felpro. with no rtv. no problems yet. i also changed the oil pump while i was in there. little tricky getting the bolts back in but not bad.

    i got the stethoscope and its really loud when i hold it on the water neck. i have a aftermarket polished neck. what could it be?

    when my car warms up i get a ticking sound off and on at idle or lower rpms. not at high. it sounds like is coming from the thermostat area. would a bad thermostat make this noise??

    fuel pressure

    i just added 24lb injectors with the calibrated 75 maf a 70mm tb eddy heads long tubes o/r pipe. and i already had a 190 fuelpump. what is a good pressure to set the fuel at . and do you think my headers are glowing becasue of the fuel being to lean or rich???

    idleing high

    just got my car running i did a new 75 maf 70 tb long tubes o/r mid pipe edelbrock heads and i set my timing to 12*. the car is idleing at 1800rpm. what could it be????

    just went to start my car after doing head and long tube sawp. when i tried to start it it made a LOUDDD back fire. the timing was 180 out. do you think i casued any internal damage or any damage at all???? thank you

    i have a 95gt and i need a intake spacer to clear my valve covers. i was thinking about just deleting the egr. i already got the smog delete. will no egr effect anything . i also plan on getting dyno tune in a couple weeks.

    well i put spacers behind both brackets and the the pulleys. i cranked the motor by hand a bunch of times and it seems to be in line. i cant start it yet becasue im waiting on an intake spacer becasue its hitting the valve covers. the gray electrical conector is still rubbing the valve cover a...

    do you think putting spacers behind the alt. bracket , powersteerng/ac bracket, and crank pulley will do it?

    cobra intake eddy heads

    just istalled edelbrock 60379 heads on my 95 gt and when i put my cobra lower intake on there is a gap between the block and intake. did i mess something up or do i need an edelbrock intake????
