    Has anybody used a Gallant prepped CNC head before on a cam and heads car? I know of Fox Lake and Patriot to name a few. They're mostly known for their LT1 and LS1 parts, but noticed they also carry GT heads.

    That car is good in a couple of ways but falls short in others. Interior is way nice, but looks and the typical fleece from the GM dealer drives people away.

    You bring up a good point. Whats similar between both the 300C and Magnum? They have four doors. Ford should seize upon this and bring over the Falcon and beat GM to the punch. Chrysler guys have been wanting a RWD anything for years. That could possibly explain that particular sales number.

    One thing I haven't seen on this thread is, If this car was to be redone like this would it meet crash standards. GM is also in somewhat of a predicament. With this new rearwheel drive platform comes new problems. The Camaro didn't sell and neither is the GTO. Talk is abound about a rear drive...

    What gain could be made from going from the 460 to an aftermarket unit weight wise? If you ditch the stock bullitts, what aftermarket alternatives would clear the brakes?

    Cobra Hood

    I'm looking to install a 03-04 Cobra hood on my GT. Some say there are differences between the GT and Cobra fascias. There might be a gap of some sort. Does anybody have a picture of this? Thanks again.

    Caught between a sweat and a fart ehh. See the third post of the thread. This is probably the only disheartening part of owning this car. It all depends on what you plan on doing with the car. Keeping it for a while, or possibly waiting for a new SVT in 06-07.

    The thing with N/A is the cost and the resulting HP. You can build as shown above a fast N/A car but, its not street legal and has some amenities out of it. For those seeking power and street legality are left with a S/C car. The next question would be how much street legal power could be made...

    Read my post on street legal cams. I'm at somewhat of a crossroads also. I want the blower but with that comes the risk of it all going boom :eek:. The basic shortblock we have is fairly decent, its the rods that kill us. You hate to spend that 5-6K and shortly soon after chase that same amount...

    This is probably been asked before but lets review. Would a stage one cam from VT or Comp, even though it doesn't carry an E.O. number pass an IM240 type test? Would it be worth doing a head and cam swap even though you have to use shorties? Has anybody used Crower for a cam company?
