    Gears are gears, the procedure is the same no matter what brand, any competent mechanic should have no problems. With the cut Motive has on their gears a properly set up set of gears will not whine. Broke a pinion….Damn! :( It’s all good, I will probably end up with FFRPs 4.10’s myself...

    I noticed a difference when I put on my wheels. I went from stock aluminum wheels and tires to 17x10.5 chrome wheels with 315/35/17 Nittos. (yes, the same diameter as stock tires.) You are correct, you will be adding more mass with the wider wheels. It will require more effort to get them...

    I have the same set up. 17x10.5 in the rear with a 315/35/17 Nitto tire. No problems rubbing at all. I'm also dropped with Steeda Sport Springs.

    A wider tire is a band-aid. There are cars running WAY faster than you will in classes that are limited to a 10" tire (smaller than a 255) A properly set up chassis will help more than tires ever will that being said....I love my 315 Nittos :nice:

    Nope, I never had a problem other than a power window motor going out. A bunch of us visited the track a lot and none of us had problems, T-tops never leaked, rearend never broke, ect. My 03 Mustang I bought with 13,000 miles had way more rattles inside (tracked them all down and fixed them)...

    No, no smog testing here untill 2006, and then it will only be OBDII cars. If I had the pipe with no cats I would be under it once to put the stock one back on, then a second time after testing to put the O/R pipe back on.

    I have flows on my 03 GT and was thinking of picking up a midpipe, but I am WAY to lazy to get under the car to swap it out twice a year, so I was wondering if a pipe with cats is worth putting on?
