    You have it backwards, the extreme has the set screw in a two piece handle to adjust the height, the trick is one piece.

    Fog Light Modification....

    Exactly..even if you want to get picky, the low beams turn off when your highs turn on, so you have 2 bulbs burning for high beams, one for each side, and 2 bulbs for fogs, one for each side... That = 4 white lights at my old school... Maybe the cop counted your two license plate lights in...
