My car is leaking oil. Need some help.

I tried that method last night already, but my bar didn't fit quite tight enough. Maybe I can find a slide hammer, I have to wait for new motor mounts anyway, the old ones are cracked badly.

My car is leaking oil. Need some help.

I actually just pulled my motor today, what a PITA. At least there will be no more oil leaks (hopefully). Is there another way to remove the pilot bearing without a slide hammer?

    Does anyone watch Canadian Idol?

I would rather gouge my eyes out with red hot spoons. Or better yet gouge out the shows creators eyeballs.....can't stand the reality stuff. No matter how much real tv you watch it will never make up for having a real life.

    Dumb F'n Driver!!

Speaking of dumb drivers, what's with the elderly? I got behind an older fellow in a new truck on my way back to work at lunch and this guy is doing 17km/h :bang: he then proceeds to stop at every intersection regardless if he had to or not! I am a fairly patient fellow, but I mean damn! I...

    Intake Manifold

Oh yeah that's right, I had my stuff all bassackwards. Check out edelbrock or holly, I think they are called weiand. you can get adapter plates to keep a 2bbl carb on a 4bbl intake. I think the best ones out there are the air gaps by edelbrock, but I could be wrong, it has been known to happen...

    Engine install questions

Any mods will be easier to install on an engine stand. The best would be to clean the engine up real good and repaint it, but a cam swap will be way easier with the engine out for sure.

Sometimes it's the left wheel, sometimes it's the right wheel...

Almost sounds like the clutch pack in the rear-end isn't doing it's job.

    hatch striker is rusted out

If it was rusted already it would look a lot better and be a ton stronger if it were welded.
