    Them housings are very fragile. They will break easily. After you take it off you will need a new gasket for sure.     Looks alot like the t-stat housing is either cracked or has a bad gasket. Go to autozone and get a pressure tester and check the pressure in the system. You should see the leak right away especially in that spot.

    Rear Brake Job

    You shouldn't need to change the calipers unless they are really messed up. When you go to push the piston back in, you will need to turn it first then push it in before you put the new pads on. (on the rears) The fronts will push back in normally. Needle nose pliers will work.

    FLOWMASTERS suck!!

    What mid pipe do you have? That will make a big difference. I have flows and they sound awesome with my setup. MAC's do sound really close to flows.

    Actually the RP synchromax is fine in the 3650. I have it in mine as well and know many people that use it in the 3650. It's not gonna hurt the trans. It's really good fluid. Sounds like you need a rebuild like me.
