    First trip down the 1320 this year and a new best!

    I swear, there has to be something about the weather or elevation in west Texas that makes my time slower. My best time was a 8.89 1/8 mile, and that was a damn near perfect run.

    I think the Blue Book on my 05 GT with about 35,000 miles was around $17,000 in January when I bought it, but I got the car for $14,500. So an 06 with 30K miles...I dunno, $19,000?

    That's the thing, I don't really know a lot about how the e-brake is connected and stuff, so I don't know what needs to be adjusted. But I'll check that out, see if it helps any.

    No doubt...that is the ugliest rear end I have ever seen. I'll be interested to see what the aftermarket does with it. If they can change that dramatically, the car will be on point.

    Quoted for the truth...I have installed dynamat in every imaginable spot, and after messing with an e-brake on another Mustang, it is most definitely the e-brake itself that needs adjusting. I just don't know how to do that.

    Intake question: im a noob

    I would go back to stock, and then load the next one. I switched from a 91 race C&L tune to a 91 race JLT tune, and got some bad noises just revving it up in the garage. I returned it to stock, then loaded the new tune, and no problems. Might not happen with you, but hey, better safe than sorry.
