    with stock internals you do not need close to 250-300 CFM (can't remember the number exactly)on each head, it will never use that much. hell my 351 i'm building will be using either a 185 or 205. but your right, depends on the cam too.

    that's the way i did mine, just put a block of wood under the oil pan, unbolt, jack up, unbolt it from the body. install new ones and your done. then again they said you can't do your oil pan gasket without lifting up the engine and i did.

    those heads will absolutely kill your low end like none other. you lil 302 will never flow enough air to make use of those heads unless it has a big blower of some sort. 165's would be a better all around head for your combo.

    just taste the water, it should have no sweet taste to it, and don't forget that 5.0 s produce alot of steam and moisture so i wouldn't worry about it, you probably fixed the problem doin all the gaskets.

    if it's a stock block it will break , might be right away, might take 6-8 months, depends. off the juice it should last longer, but with the n20 it will split that block in half period. the gurdle is good for like another 20-30 hp maybe.

    well if it's a 5spd mine used to do the same thing, i replaced every single sensor know to man on it and it still does it. it just didn't like low RPM with the clutch out.
