    oil pressure guage install

    There is no secondary plug on a 2000. You will need to "t-off" the stock sender with the autometer sender. This will ensure the stock guage remains functional. That is what I did on mine... works perfectly. :nice:

    Those arent bad numbers at all for your mods. Some cams and Longtubes will provide some nice NA gains. See my sig for mods and dyno results. My 2000 is about on par with yours.

    With the tune I only picked up about 3 peak HP and 4ft/lb. However, I picked up a good amount of torque between 2-3k RPM. I was particularly happy about this as this the RPM range where the car spends most of its time. My tuner also got rid of some annoying surging I had with the stock tune...

    Had the car Dyno tuned yesterday. Very happy with the results. :) RWHP =258.7 RWTQ=294.1 Mods are in signature.

    Thanks for the input. I do think I am fighting the same Gremlin. I am considering a tune as I'm running a steeda ta and can only adjust overall timing. Hopefully something can be done. Just I wish I could figure out what is causing this problem.

    I have a MAC catback and love the sound. On the downside, the fitment is okay at best and the coated non stainless parts are rusting. The stainless tailpipes still look good.

    Please help with 1700 rpm miss!

    Need some help with a 1700-2000 rpm miss/buck. Car runs smooth above the aformentioned RPM and at WOT. I can feel the miss when reving the car in N or when crusing under a load. Any ideas? Thus far I have changed the COPs and backed down the timing a few degrees. No change :shrug:

    Thanks that actually helped a lot!!! Now im wondering, I have some slight bucking at about 1600-1800RPM. Maybe I need to pull some timing down low. Sound like the tuner can accomplish this.

    Throttle sticking

    Check to make sure that the linkage is not making contact with a hose or clamp around the TB and plenum. I have seen throttles get stuck on the hose clamp which hold the intake hose to the throttle body.

    Rotor stuck!

    I've had this problem many times. What seems to work for me is to strike the rotor between each lug nut stud with a small sledge. May need to give it some substantial wacks, but it should do the trick.

    Thanks for the input :nice:. I didn't even think about cams. How much RWHP and TQ are people seeing with them. I was under the impression that they kill your bottom end TQ and only add a few ponies on the top end.
