    I think your trying to ask for a valve spring compression tool, not sure though. You can buy them for about $50 or rent one at a local auto parts store. You can also just pry out the cam followers with a big screwdriver.

    Not hard. You'll need a pair of pliers, hammer and some sockets. If you have a vice that will help but, you can tap out the u-joints with a hammer and socket.

    Eaton posi's are the best. Nice straight launches and great traction. I was able to reuse my ABS rings, just be careful when removing them. Also reused my axle bearings.
