    Excuse me? serious? I myself installed my Kenne Bell, and I know several several other people that have done the same. Actually, everyone I knew with a Kenne Bell, installed it themselves. Not this guy...they treat me very well everytime I've ever dealt with them.

    sounds risky to me. I was scared to go anywhere near my plugs, so I had the Ford dealer do them the other day, just to be safe.

    Get it fixed (don't pay for it though) and forget about it. I experienced failsafe mode too once, when a broken belt cut through my MAF wire.
