What will take wax off the car (IMPORTANT)

Appreciate the advice, I'll go to NAPA Monday and see what they have.

    Speaker sizes

They are the same front and back, though the screening makes the back ones look like woofers. If you're going to buy new door and panel units, make sure they will fit properly (depth, space, etc.) Some speakers may not fit properly if they are too wide in the back. But most speakers have enough...

What will take wax off the car (IMPORTANT)

I want to get the wax off my car so I can clean the front end more thouroughly. And I want to give it a nice new shine and do more work on some little sratches behind my wheels. My brother in law suggested diesel, is this safe to my clearcoat, if not what is?

    Mobil1 vs Royal Purple

If you run it hard like they were made to do, I totally agree, true, but if you plan on running it hard, put synthetic in as it will create less wear and keep metal fragments from circulating. But just think about it, before synthetic was even thought about what was there. Real oil, and it...

    UPR Products

I've had good business with UPR Products, even their mil eliminators, which had me worried. But no problems at all, good fit, and still cheap. If it works good, what does it matter if someone is copying. I don't see it as copying, I see it as making it more available for less. Good idea to me.

    Speaker sizes

5x7 and 6x8 are the same. The 5x7 is a plate speaker that would mount exactly the same way a 6x8 would. But most likely your stocks are 6x8's. 5x7's perform just as good as 6x8's, if you're wondering.

    Mobil1 vs Royal Purple

Mobil 1 is alot easier to get than the others in this competition, Oil is oil, synthetic is not. I put mobil 1 in my car and it feels the same as when I put Motorcraft in. Most of the time the power gains is only in the head. When it comes to wear, which is its own silent treatment, is when oil...

Taking the stang on a road trip, any tips??

Appreciate it, I hate that commercial, too. Good idea about the pillows. You'll probably need some legroom. It sure does get cramped. How to get more legroom? I don't know. Put it on cruise control and stick them out the window, I guess.

Taking the stang on a road trip, any tips??

Sorry didn't see you got a stickshift, I got an auto and it just popped in my head. My bad. Too bad our local Dodge dealership doesn't have a dyno. Maxwell Dodge? Who would've known. Their commercial always comes on "Maxwell's got the trucks, man, Maxwells got the trucks". Thanks alot.

Taking the stang on a road trip, any tips??

cheapest place to buy bbk o/r h pipe??

Try www.BROTHERSPERFORMANCE.com But truthfully, I found it cheaper to go to UPR Products and get the X-Pipe and Mils. Cost me approximately $200 together and it sounds great with my Flowmasters. Just my $0.02.

    Royal Purple Engine Oil Users

Amsoil 0-30w or Mobil 1 5-30w. I used to run Royal Purple, but now I use Mobil 1 and I could never tell the difference. I have a hard time finding Royal Purple locally so the Mobile 1 does the job just as good. Amsoil is great, maybe the best, but it cost some $$$$$.

    Black tinted headlight covers

jrc 03 gt, that's sick! My stangs black, too, and that would be awesome! I wasn't sure if they were exactly removable. I want to get black deepdish bullitts, and I thought the headlight covers would complement it nicely, not to say the paintjob wouldn't. And it's not an expensive mod, some...

    Black tinted headlight covers

Maybe you're right... Brothers Performance states that their Head lamp units are tinted and they look darker, oh well, they're too expensive anyways. What about the black covers?

    Black tinted headlight covers

Hey guys, does anyone have black tinted headlight covers or the Cobra R tinted headlights (pics)? I've seen some pictures and think they would look sick on my black GT. How much? And do they limit you only to day driving or are they the same as normal headlights. (useable at night?)
