    SCCA SOLO Rocks!!

Sounds cool. I just entered my V6 in a solo II autocross this past weekend and I'm hooked. It's a hell of a lot of fun.

    Dissapointed -w- V6?

Honestly, I can't say I'm really disappointed with my v6. Actually, for a first car, can't really ask for more. I caught a lot of flack from people at school, the cruise ins, etc. "Who buys a v6 mustang, v6's are for girls, v6's are slow, my buddy's civic beat a v6 mustang" etc etc etc. It's...

    AutoX'd the V6 this weekend

Yeah, it was kind of odd running against a truck. He would have killed me in a drag race lol... Actually I was unaware of the novice class until later on, wasn't listed anywhere and when I described my mods that's the class I was placed in. I would've had a 46.9 had I not clipped a cone...

    AutoX'd the V6 this weekend

Haha, the evo was off course on all his runs, giving him +99 cones which explains the really long time.

    AutoX'd the V6 this weekend

Well I finally decided to enter the v6 in an autox. I had a blast. Was in E-Street Prepared. Ran against a dakota r/t, nissan 300, evo, Dakota R/T and a few others. Ended up with second in my class. Not bad for first time out I guess. ESP 1 ROSS SHULL 91 NISSAN 300ZX...

    trade v6 for wrx?

Yeah I'd jump on that in a heartbeat. I love my v6, but I've got a 5.0 to play with now, and the 6 is reserved for a dd. It sucks in the snow which I get plenty of down here, it has no room, and it gets ****ty gas mileage for a v6 daily driver. If I had the extra money I'd definately buy an...

    Am I Getting Ripped off?

I paid a local shop 250 for parts an labor, cut off behind the cats, new 2.25 pipes compression bent, 40 series flowmasters, and chrome 3" tips. I checked around other places, they wanted an arm and a leg, a couple places I called told me to buy a kit and they'd put it on  So I checked this...

Some new pics of my mustang

Looks good, never seen those wheels on a stang before. Lower it a little and it'd be perfect.

4X4 Look that can't be fixed?

It's legit. I've seen pics of it from shows. It's not THAT bad, would look a lot better if lowered, but it still just ain't right.

    Appearance MODS

pjdellenger, WTF is your problem man? Are you that bored that you have to try and start **** with the v6 guys? When I first bought my stang my friends always would say that mustang guys are usually *******s. I never understood why, until I started meeting people like you. There's no need...

    Appearance MODS

Ghost flames are flames that are a similar color to your car and aren't as pronounced/stand out as much as a normal flame job. They look really good, I'll dig around my HD to see if I have any pics.

    Carb'd Emissions Question/Problem

Well, the 83 failed the sniffer today. NOx was perfect, HC perfect, CO was too high. 15mph Limit .76 Read 1.05 25mph Limit .80 Read 1.75 Any ideas what would cause this/means of sliding by on test day?

    04 v6 - tlok rear?

All ford's traction control does is electronically reduce timing and adjusts fuel ratios when it senses that the tire is slipping to stop the slippage. Traction control has nothing to do with the rear end. The t-lok is actually what is contained in the rear end, and locks the two axles in...
