    Yeah, those trickle chargers designed to be hooked up for long time storage vehicles are basically useless when you need to have a battery charged now. They are also very expensive. I would just get a charger from Wal-Mart that has at least two stages. 2 amp and 6 amp, but with a shut off...

    Yeah, most tires say to run 28. Back in the day, the tire companies said to run 24. That was too little. 30-32 is a good pressure to run on modern tires so they last. The guys who run more than that will see the center threads wearing out before the rest of the tire. The ones who run less...

    The technology has not changed in 40 years. Tires and wheels are still made the same today as they were 40 or so years ago except the tire companies went from biased ply to radial plyl. But, all laws still apply. It doesn't matter how big the space, psi is still psi. It was psi back in 1965...

    What running tire pressure does the tire company suggest you run them? Again, that maximum tire pressure is just so they don't get sued if you blow your head off by overfilling them. I don't know of any tire, no matter who makes it, or whether or not it is a low rider or not that runs anything...

    Don't pay any attention to that Max pressure thing. That is the maximum pressure it can take before it blows up. :D I run my tires at anywhere between 30 and 32 psi. It depends on the tire.

    What does "correct" mean? If it is a metal clip designed to hold an electrical wire away from a heat source, who cares who makes it or sells it? Hell, even the concours MCA judges couldn't tell the difference from a Mustang vendor part that was made in China from the same part made in China...

    Doing Shelby drop

    Yeah, you are right about Klaus coming up with the theory, but it was Carroll who actually put it to use first. That's why it is called the Shelby drop. The rest of my statement is correct. It was designed to be used on the 65-66 Mustangs, not the later models.

    Don't know how they will know the data if they don't have the numbers, but maybe they have a secret way of determining the door tag data just by using the VIN. Give them a call or email them. 623-935-2558 [email protected]

    In addition to cleaning the connections, check to see if the cable is getting 12 volts at the point where it hooks up to the solenoid. If it does have 13 something volts there, then your solenoid itself is toast.
