    JLT CAI rubbing on oil fill cap... resulting in oil leak?

    haha, i actually originally had the K&N FIPK2 in the car before my JLT. I switched to the JLT because of the Steeda cowl hood i put on, the heat shield on the K&N intake couldnt seal against the new hood. I'll have to try using the gasket sealer on the oil fill neck. Just wondering though...

    Like the title says, my JLT CAI has been rubbing against the oil fill cap on my 02 gt. It seems to have loosened the actual fill neck on the valve cover, as the area around the oil fill cap and directly above on the underside of the hood has a mist of oil all over it. Anyone with the JLT...

    Pearl02, i just noticed you have tinted taillights, i really like the look of that... what did you use for it? vinyl or spray on? my rear end is a little too plain, i think tinted tails would be a nice subtle change

    astronut, the sideskirts are made by a company called Razzi, it's part of a body kit they call "R21" the exhaust is Steeda, basically the same as borla but the tips are more squarish shaped I think hypercoated would look better than chrome on a DSG though! also, i like the FR500's better...

    Yeah the wheels you really have to see in person! Hard to capture the real color of em in photos. The bullitt side scoops I got new through the ford dealership. Cost a bit but I love the look.
