    2nd Defective Gas Tank

    it's not the TANK it is the hose that connect the filler to the tank. replace the hose with one larger inside diameter and the problem will go away. & yes you can turn the nossle upsidedown and the problem will go away. & you can use newer style gas pumps and there will not be an issue.

    The sound is a little quirky to me as this is my first modular motor. It's almost like it wants to be a big block but can't make the sound. The make a flutter sound with out the growl, a tingy flutter is the best way to descibe it. The performance is well hard to say since I didn't dyno it...

    Yes they are smog legal but I'm not sure if they are specficially CARB approved. The drivers side has the tap for the O2 sensor and I switched it over no problem.
