    GT40 Lower Intake question...

yes, thanks for clarifying. explorers built in late 95 had v8s for the 96 model year and late 96 for the 97 model year. at least through my junk yard digging thats what ive discovered.

    Explorer GT40P Heads and Intake

i took these off an early model 96 explorer. the intake has all the necessary spots to tap if you need or want the egr system working. my zip is 60638, and i would prefer a pick up or a meet. heads $100 2 intakes $50 ea

How do you feel about my wheels?

as previously stated the cobras are good for covering up the 4 lug, but are too bright for the already bright red. go with the 10th wheels. they will add more color and will add some darkness against red. not that you care but im planning on going with the anthracite fr500s against my red 89...

i ordered the piece from the second link, after a trip to the yard yielded no mustangs. i guess thats a good thing in a way. the ford dealer said its a discontinued piece.

    Paint shops

i know its a haul for you but i do have a suggestion: custom paint parlor in chicago. 51st and st. louis, mike, is obsessed with painting cars. he does insurance work too but when he gets something cool in to work on he gets excited and really takes an interest in it. i dont think he leaves the...

    5 Lug conversion...WORTH IT???

well, with a 5 lug conversion may come bigger brakes, if you go that route, and that means better stopping power. thats not a bad idea if youre going to add boost and want to eventually harness it when you want to stop. ive done it (13" fronts and 11.65" rears) with a mostly stock car and let me...

    92 5 lug conversion question

i think youre going to have to provide more details as far as what "method" was used to achieve that 5 lug conversion. i have completed that project, using 95 spindles and NRC bracket/axle kit so i know about that method.
