    Suspension Question

tight and solid; not too expensive; outstanding ride...pick one. ;) Seriously, those "wants" are all pretty much opposed to each other. For a "tight and solid" package check out Maximum Motorsports. I don't really know about not too expensive, other than shopping around and getting things a...

    The Infamous Rattle

    Mach 460 Question

I went with just the head unit and the adaptor a few years ago (I have an older JVC head unit now)...but now the rest of the system is flaking out so I'll be replacing the amps and speakers at some point.

    Mach 460 Question

The close to 20 year old factory head unit? Yes I think it is probably a safe bet to say it is going bad. But I wouldn't be surprised if there were multiple other issues too...they weren't super sound systems to start with.

2003 Conv Rear Wheel Well Lip Patch Panels

I don't think anybody make re-pop panels, but they should be readily available from wrecking yards.

4.6 Knocking- Engine Swap Or Rebuild ?

yup, my understanding is the front cover is the only thing you'd need to swap over from a non-Mustang 2v, maybe the intake manifold too. Just swap the engine hook up your wiring harness and accessories and drive it for another 200,000 miles.

Best Coil Packs For The Money?

if you have the aluminum cross-over, you have a new manifold, the original had a plastic cross-over.

    Been Awhile...

My 2000 is now older than the clapped out 65 coupe I bought in college and yes, it has been awful darn quiet here in SN95land, not even the usual "what exhaust/springs/wheels should I get?" anymore...it is kinda sad :( edit to add: dang I need to get some 17x10.5s on the rear.

    that's the right part :)

    Cooling Leak

yes that is the intake manifold. It is real common with 4.6s and the replacement manifold with an aluminum crossover is easy to find. But DON'T buy the generic Dorman Chinese ones.

    '02 Convertible Seal

I haven't done most of mine yet, but the biggest problem I have found was getting the right parts. About 3 or 4 years ago I ordered and sent back 3 different parts from Late Model Restoration and never did get the right one for the a-pillars and window top. The non-Fox resto stuff seemed to be...

    Drowned Pony Car

The corners where the lower rear of the back window meets the fabric are prone to leaking, even when the area looks fine. The lower weather strip on the rear side windows can be a problem area too. But no clue how that water got in the trunk, even without the weather strip the inner lips should...

    Which Exhaust? Need Help

it's all about personal preference...but speaking as someone that was around when muscle cars were common and driven all the time and not just $100,000 trailer queens, the "muscle car roar" came from Cherry Bomb glasspacks :stick: (BTW I'll take your Magnaflows off your hands when you find...

    Kyb-gr2...

I have those... I've got about 40,000 miles on them and they are OK, not awesome, but OK, I'd probably buy them again. They are pretty close to stock ride quality, maybe a bit harsher and a less wallow-y than stock...oh, I have Eibach springs too.

Anybody Got These 16" Wheels On Their 99-04?

I like the look of those too, but the 05+ wheel have the wrong offset for SN95s; they'll fit but look silly. You could go with a 1" spacer to fix the offset, but that makes the narrowness even more pronounced :( there used to be a 17x9 "Cobra III" wheels that look like that and fit SN95s, but...
