Puzzle Locks

Anyone have ideas for getting puzzle locks of my American racing wheels? No clearance for extractor??shop wants 400 to drill them out

I would get a sawzill, cut a deep groove into it and find the most sturdiest screwdriver from Lowes or Home Depot.

stop by a muffler shop and have them weld a nut to the end of the lock lugs.
