New sway bar. What a difference!!

My uncle gave me a 1 1/8" sway bar from his Mach 1 because he upgraded, and I put it on my car. I was amazed how much better it felt, I didn't think i'd even notice.

    How critical are forged internals?

For stock blocks, Fully forged cranks are a waste of money. I have not read or heard of one instance where a cast crank let go before a stock block. Forged pistons and rods are a good idea though, and my next shortblock will be getting them.

Who Sells 92 or 93 Octane Gas?

Almost every Chevron station up here sells 94. So does Petro Canada. Strange how it's not as readily available down there.

That's awesome. I wish they drove by when I was on my trip to Paris, I would have been jumping up and down yelling "MUSTANGS!!!!". Imagine how much it would cost to fill them up with gas over there. YIKES!

help with me a lsd or locker

I love my Powertrax no slip. At first I was worried about the street manners, considering I don't drag a whole lot. But I was pleasantly surprised how mild it was on the street, and then when I did a burnout and both tires lit up with little effort It put a huge smile on my face.

    Platinum Spark Plugs

Probably the biggest advantage to platinum plugs is that their long life. At one time I ran bosch platinums in my Mustang, my old Toyota, my Honda, I've never really noticed any sort of performance improvements or deficiencies.

Whats the voltage suppost to be at the ballast risistor?

A few years ago, when I was using a Pertronix Ignitor II and Flamethrower coil, I had no problems using the stock wiring to the coil. When I upgraded to the MSD Ready-to-Run distributor and Blaster 2 coil, my motor had a high RPM miss when I took it to the track. So I bypassed the resistor...

    A PERFORMANCE sacrilegious swap

You might be faster, for cheaper. But every time you open your Mustang's hood and people are going to snicker.

    RPM 80

Just because you have an automatic transmission doesn't mean you can't put in a tachometer. I got one in my car.

    Torque box repair

I had to do Both torque boxes, front sub-floor rails, and toe boards. We removed all the old parts ourselves (my dad and I) with an angle grinder (Went through MANY cutting discs). And had a friend weld the new parts back on. I would definately not want to do it again.

    Another Nissan Powered Classic Mustang

Sure looks weird in there. Rumour has it that it's for F&F3. I don't dislike it. However, I HATE the fart can on the back. At least make it look good with nice dual piping, pre axle mufflers. God knows the car has the room.

    mustang in hibernation

I covered mine up last week. Even though it still has insurance for a couple more days, the weather has been crap lately. It's not fun to drive in the rain.
