    What part # studs did you get? I need studs about a 1/2" longer also. Im just not sure about the knurl size. I can mic over the actual knurl on the studs I popped out and I get .584 and I measure the preknurled part of the stud and I get .565 so im not real sure what dimension is the important...

    Yeah thats fine. Shift it through all the gears and make sure they work. Nothing will tell you the condition of the tranny without pulling off the top cover.

    Door armrest pad alternative?

    I installed the 5.0 Resto armrests pads. I took my time and predrilled the pads and they fit great. You cant rush it. Pull them in place real tight while you predrill and they'll be good.

    I need to install longer stud front and rear on my car. Does anyone know the size? I know they're 1/2" but im wondering about the knurl size. Its stock 4 lug set up, nothing exotic here. Thanks in advance.

    t-5 swap

    Yep, but you've got to pull the tailshaft housing which requires driving out roll pins which are in the shifter box area. Then you can pull the top cover. It's probably a real good idea to do it rather than wait till its all in the car to find out its junk. Spend a little time now or a lot later.

    Yeah, some people buy the unlimited carfax which allows you to run as many VIN's as you can for 30 days. I think he's searching for one of those people. They have a single VIN for $20 and the unlimited for a month for $25.

    I have BBK lowering springs so its not stock and I know thats hurting me. No im not launching on spray, i've got a window switch with a 3300 chip in and also a WOT switch. And yes im basically dumping the clutch. I ran 25 psi in the tires for the 2.0 run.

    I pulled a 2.0 60' time with 3:73's and MT drag radials. Thats with the car in my sig also, not overly modified by any stretch.
