A 5.0 is a 5.0, a CAI is gonna do the same thing on them, whether it's a Fox or SN95.
FWIW, I had a BBK CAI on mine for a while, I loved it. The only reason I got rid of it was because my stock maf took a dump on me, and I switched to a Pro-M.
One of the mechanics bought a broken generator from a guy, planning on rebuilding it. It's a 16hp Briggs and Stratton V-twin. The guy didn't know what was wrong with it, it just quit one day. So him and I took the motor off the generator, and pulled the crankcase cover off, and this is what we...
You got the one with the 19lb injector sample tube right? Those C&L's are notorious for being real finicky, and sometimes guys' stangs won't even run right with them (like mine). But if you got one with a different sample tube, then it won't run worth a crap.
BBK makes a decent CAI, but...
Lots of guys run nice stereo systems like Aaron mentioned. Others use underdrive pulleys, which with the factory alternator a lot of times causes discharging at idle (especially at night if you have your headlights on and your stereo, a/c etc.). My 200amp alt. doesn't have any problems at idle...

 lmao
Yea I can't imagine pop starting the Gixxer in 1st then it would take off like a bat outta hell and I'd be standing right back where I started watching the bike rocket down...
When I took my smog equipment off, I put a belt on that was too tight. It squealed on start up EVERY time! I put on a little longer belt, and it went away. So I'm gonna vote that it's the belt.
We get a lot of used tires that we take off of cars that come into the dealership. A lot of them are still in very good condition. Some are almost brand new. My boss told me I could have any tires I wanted, but we don't get a whole lot of mustangs in, so I haven't got any yet.
Wow, 212??! I...
Yes I just got it about a month ago. It's a BLAST! I LOVE going through the curves out where I live. Back roads are great for supersports. Yea, I can definitely see me getting into trouble on this thing though.
It's a 2003. It has a Micron slip-on can, some cheapo flushmount turn...
