    Bone stock 90 GT - 10mpg??

See the mods in my sig, but my car averages 18 MPG with mixed driving. Sumpin' 'aint right! Either she's got a lead foot and not telling you about it, or someone's draining your tank.

My 5.0 has the OEM timing chain...but only 19,800 original miles. Should I replace that when I swap the cam?

Hey Greg, How is the daily driveability of that cam? Tough cam to manage if stuck in traffic? Made in USA, right?

    Coolant Reservoir Relocation?

I wonder if there is an OEM option from another brand? Subaru? Honda? Any other cars with cramped engine compartments? Summit's black bottle seems decent, but I would like to know what the volume of fluid is and how much is in the bottle.

    Electrical Mustang factory tach calibration

Mike, Where are the adjustment pots? I happen to have a cluster from a 1989/140 MPH speedo and the reverse side of the cluster has the lighting, circuit and a resister or two, but no pots.

what was your first experience with a 5.0 Mustang?

I was 17ish and driving an Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme that my father gave up as a high school graduation present. At the time I was hanging with a crowd of kids in Reading, MA who all owned either 5.0 LX Mustangs, Grand Nationals or 70's muscle (including a sweet V8 Vega). We would crowd up at...

    Engine Ground

It should be behind the driver's side head. You can make it out of wire, as long as it's flexible and heat resistant. Use as big a wire as the lines to the battery.

    Outside Storage. Help!!!

That's how I placed my layers, and never had an issue. Although my method differs from 90lxcoupe's. I worried about the condensation build-up between the car and the covering tarp. If you have the heavy cover wrapping the car like that any moisture that collects under the heavy cover has...

    Outside Storage. Help!!!

My 1988 has spent every winter in storage since way back when I bought it in March of that year. These days I invest in heated storage (my Ducati has since claimed my garage), but early on (I was 18 and a poor college student) I had to leave it outside like you, but never over porous earth...

    Front seats help!

I bought MY 88 new in 88 and can vouch for dgollem's statement. My car's seats have done the same thing since that first fateful day back in March 1988.

Brakes The Ultimate 4-lug/5-lug Brake Conversion/upgrade Thread

Adding a missing piece of the puzzle: When installing the revised brake cables for the rear disc conversion, the instructions for the M-2300-K kit call for 2 "CLIP, BRAKE CABLE TO CALIPER", Ford part number 97413-S2. I don't know about your local Ford dealer, but mine stinks. Instead of...
