    well, at least i'm getting a new rear bumper :/

    Would be perfect opportunity to get the whole car painted (if needed). When my 93 was in an accident the insurance co paid to fix the damage and I paid the body shop out of pocket to paint the rest of the car.

    All done ! The bearing was in good shape so we didn't change it. Had a hard time locating a socket big enough to fit the front wheel bearing bolt. The gear oil fill was also a pain to get to with the car on jack stands and it was almost stripped out. The alignment should come...

    Is there another ford of the same year that has the same axle? There rarely are mustangs in the local junkyard and when they do pop up, someone nags the whole rear end quick.

    $250.00 Labor was cheap, most of the cost was paint. He did a really good job matching it. A year later the car was in an accident and the whole car was re-painted :bang:
