    I got a friend that does work like that. I once had a 71 Mustang with the floor pan rotted. He wanted to just fiberglass and bondo it. I don't believe in hiding the problem, I believe in fixing the problem. Needless to say he's not helping us work on the II.

    Need help/advice with front header panel bolt.

I searched the internet with keywords Mustang II Eibach springs, all I wind up with, with that search is the 65-73 and 79 to current Mustangs, and VW Jetta II.     Forgive my ignorance as well, but I have never heard of any other car besides the II having a PS cooler. Why is this needed in the II's? I don't think mine has one either. As well as a battery cooling duct?
