    the whine that u hear might be from the missing rubber boot when the shifter was installed, its no big deal really, i have a pro 5.0 shifter and i hear whining through the transmission and that is why because i am not running the rubber insulation

    no its not true that the whole arm has to be replaced, however it makes it easier to just buy the arm from ford racing in summit and just bolt it right up instead of trying to press it and hammer it in...makes an easier job

    a rebuild if u were to get it done some where would cost my guess would be 1500 bucks, so go from there weather or not u should just buy a new one...me personally from my expierences i would just buy a new one, bolt it right up and ur good to go just my .02

    do you have 2 different sized bearings, i forget which one goes where but u should have 1 smaller one and one bigger one i think the bigger one go in the back

    i know that the rotors that i ever bought came with the races already pressed so check before you do that, and the bearings do not get hammered in, just the seal lightly
