predator programmer-gears question

hey, a buddy of mine has a 2001 GT 5 speed with 3.73 recently installed gears. WHen he uses his programmer to reset the speedo, the programmer says he has 3.26 gears stock and only allows him to switch to 3.72 gears not 3.73 and one of the cops i know did us a favor and got him on radar and his speedo was 2mph. ANy ideas on what to do now?

change your tire ratio to match your speedo.

it has stock tires/rims so what tire ratio to u reccomend

tell the computer that you have a bigger tire so less revolutions. Im not sure what number that is but just bump it up a little from stock and see how that works
