    jegs lists a 750 with mech. secondaries for $439 but it says its suited for a 393-427 application. i plan on going 393 this summer but probably not right now. will this be too big for my 351?

    i have heard that the edelbrocks are poor performers as well, but then i have heard that they are great. i like the idea of easy tuning but would hate to give up performance. i want to order something this weekend maybe its worth the extra hassle and money for the demon. htanks for the input...

    i need advise on a carb. i know i want a 750 with mech secondaries but what will be the best bang for the buck. this will be going on a 351w street strip coupe. the edelbrock 750 is $245 does anyone have any expirence with this carb? or should i spend the money on a holley or demon?

    i was thinking of doing a 393 in my 351w but before i buy the crank will i have to use 302 pistons or will the forged 351 slugs that i already have work? also is the forged crank overkill on a 450hp engine or is it a good idea since i will ocassionally spray a 100 shot?

    one more thing, i lost the washer from my oil pump drive shaft when i put my dist back in. can i drive it w/out this for about 10 miles or should i trailer my car to the shop? what the hell is it for anyway? thanks

    3.850, thanks does anyone know anything about the machining involved. i plan on using my existing forged pistons and rods. also should i spend the extra cash on the forged crank? i plan on around 450rwhp n/a and an occasional 100-150 shot. or will it be overkill
