    Help with codes 223 & 224 Plz

    theDIS module is the problem it is located on the front part of the intake manifold and when you replace it dont forget to put dielectric grease on the heat sink on the back of the module.

    sounds like your DIS ignition module is most likely the problem when your warmed up and idling see if your tach drops to half of its normal reading if so your module is gone.it is the box mounted on the front part of your intake manifold and if you replace it make sure that you put dilectric...

    did you perform the diagnostic test with the engine at normal operating temp.or cold if you did this cold that would be the reason for most of the codes that showed up

    rattle cans will work if you use the right paint.l did my ground effects kit with SEM primer for plastics and SEM clearcoat for plastics and the paint l used is plasti-kote flexible bumper and trim paint and it worked great!!!!

    ashcan the platinums and wires!!!!!!! go to oem (motorcraft) l dont know why but the 2.3 runs like crap on anything else but oem. also for the carbon pull off your egr and check it as it may be your idle issue also check o2 sensor for carbon just my 2cents.

    ghetto lean instead of rewelding it it is easier to drill it and put 2or3 bolts with self locking nuts on them.l find this is better cus the welds always seem to rebreak
