    Twin Turbo Mustang pics

Badass!! :D:nice: Been looking into a turbo setup myself, a single 62mm mounted where the battery goes under the hood. Unfortunately mine will be left to a shop to handle, so my cost will be around 3k just for the turbo stuff itself. :( Gotta factor in trans, and rear end too...

Saw my first 2011 5.0 yesterday...

Only snagged a couple... :( I took one of the front end, and one as an angled side shot from my phone, just enough to see the 5.0 badge on the side. What I WISH I took a shot of was the engine bay! Give me a few minutes to hook up my phone and I'll upload the two. It's a brand new phone, so bear...

Saw my first 2011 5.0 yesterday...

Yesterday at work, I noticed a guy pulling in with a new Mustang. I shrugged it off, thinking it was a 2010, until I went out to smoke a few minutes later. I see a nice, fat 5.0 emblem on the side... :hail2: I wait for the guy to walk out of my work, and I instantly start talking. He had picked...

    17x7.5 inch wheels w/245/45s?

I run a 245 on my stock ponies... Which are 16x7... Fits fine. Has a bit of a 'meaty look' - the tires have lasted way longer than I originally expected, and the wear pattern and contact area is flawless.

    95 Gt 5.0l missing a gear

Could you possibly give out a litttttle more information on the problem?? Hesitation can also be caused by a clogged fuel filter.

You Know You Drive a 4.6 Mustang When...

^ I like Machs!! Love em, actually. Only few cars I'd want to change from my GTS to are... A Fox coupe, a Mach, or a Termi. :D

You Know You Drive a 4.6 Mustang When...

I'm loving these, even though I'm a measly old 302 driver... :D The overpass one is PERFECT. There's one right my girlfriend's house, and anytime I go under it she knows what's about to happen. I know it doesn't necessarily have to do with 4.6's, but it's a Mustang thing so I wanna add some...

How do you change the ignition switch?

No need to replace the cylinder if it's not broken... Forgot one of the install steps. Be sure the actuator pin in the NEW ignition switch matches the position of the OLD one (the run position).

Time differences between gear sets: 3.55 vs 3.73

So very true. First gear is REALLY easy to moderate tire spin with, even with my stock 2.73 gear out back. Second, on the other hand, will sit at 4,000 rpms just smoking down the street.

How do you change the ignition switch?

Super easy. I'll try and outline this job without missing anything. 1. Disconnect negative battery cable. 2. Remove driver's seat (not necessary, but makes it SO much easier). It's held in by four 9/16 (I think!!) bolts, the rear two of which are covered by a little push pin type screw setup -...

    2011 V6 2.76 gears vs 3.35

In some cases, changing gears can actually yield mileage IMPROVEMENTS, in the city. Highway will drop a couple MPG's though usually.

Mothers Clay Bar Kit for 1 penny!

Could be a clearance/discount thing... I worked in retail, and after an item is on clearance for awhile without selling, corporate will keep knocking the price down time after time until eventually it reaches a penny. Where I worked those items were taken out of stock and called 'pennies'.

    T5 swap clutch issues

I had a friend who had this issue. He SAID that it was due to a certain style pressure plate he was running (I wanna say SPEC???). I'd ask what the issue ended up being, but the car's been down for body work since he got it back up and running with the new motor.

So this was why those Summit control arms were so cheap

Bought a Summit distributor that had a bad PIP after <6 months of use... They took it back no issues, and I got my ~$160 back.

    Celebrating tonight, most definitely!

The friends weren't for me. :nono: Those were to give my bandmates a chance last night!
