    Check your grounds, i had a similar problem and found that the neg battery cable was not grounded properly.

    Mallory Unilite module

    I REALLY which i could get another distributor but its the only one that will fit with my blower. The blower run right over the distributor and Mallory is the only one that make a crab style cap that will fit. Unless anyone else knows of one out there.

    Painless Wiring Harness

    I used the EZ wiring from ebay for $130 and you really cant beat it. You do need to use a few plugs from your old harness but its not that difficult to install. hardest part for me was the ignition switch and headlight switch. All wire are labled just like Painless and there not cheap wires either.

    Holley carb tunning

    I did check for vacuum leaks by spraying carb cleaner around the base of the carb and arounf the manifold but didnt find any. The car is an auto so i guess i dont need to worry about the dashpot. Ill try adjusting the fuel mixture and see what happens. Do i need to change the jets also?

    G-tech looks like a radar detector that mounts on your windshield. Its use to measure performance like 0-60, 60-0 1/4 miles ET and MHP. I bought one when they first came out but did really like it, maybe they are better now.

    I am also re-wiring my car and using a similar kit? So far i got the ignition working and now i am starting on the headlight switch.     Oil pressure can tell you a lot. I lost pressure at idle and found out that i had a bad main bearing.

    A 10 sec turbo motor is that same as a 10 sec SC motor. It all depends on how you build the motor. If you want a turbo, then build it for a turbo and you'll love it. Same goes for the SC.
