    Sounds like a throw out bearing to me. Actually, it's probably the t/o bearing chattering cuz the clutch is done. To double check, just lightly push the clutch pedal in. If it goes away as soon as there is some pressure, then, that's your answer. As for the whiney tranny, it's probably about...

    Definitely. Any low end you may lose, will be made up for with N20. I found, that when I ran a 5 speed, and my 6 speed for a matter of fact, that the 3.73's were pretty good for a top end charge at the strip. Right now, I'm crossing the stripe around 6000ish, but I turn my motor to about 6500...

    Juice is Juice, but the better your motor runs without it, the more you will benefit from it. It really depends on how far you want to take the car on what gearing you want to run. For 5.0's wih sticks, I personally like 3.73's. But I'm planning on swappin g mine out for a set of 4.56's this...

    Not much, but the SN95 cars has the motor sitting forward about 3/4". Now whether that is in the motor mounts or the K member, i'm not sure.

    I'd buy a summit head swap gasket kit. It's pretty complete. And I would buy some ARP bolts. Definitely worth it.

    If you were moving at highway speeds, no, it wouldn't. I think you are probably on the right track with the thermostat, or even an air slug in the system.

    I think that the fax cars actually run a larger sway bar than the newer cars. And they should bolt up though.

    Don't the Windsor Jr's run 2.02 valves? If so, you're pistons will have a nice meeting with them if they are stock pistons. My cam/heads are a similar setup, and I had to get new pistons.
