    Kawasaki, try some Water Wetter if you haven't already. That stuff works pretty good. Follow directions on the bottle. As long as you're not in the high range or fluctuating from low to high all the time you should be alright.

    Most likely warped rotors. You can probably have them turned and put back into spec seeing as you only have 13k miles.

    Thread Sealant on Drain Plugs?

    When I switched to Redline ATF I did not use thread sealant on the plugs. Haven't had a leak yet. If you are worried about it, I doubt that using thread sealant could hurt anything.

    I just got the Eagle F1 DS-G3 in 275-40/17s and I love them. Great traction and great launching, but they were expensive. If you have the cash I recommend them.

    I have succesfully run 14* on 91 octane. It is going to absolutely depend on the individual car though. Crappy CA gas.

    Great mod when done together. Decent mod when only underdrives are done. Timing depends on what gas you run. If 93 octane, start at 16 and go up until it pings; then back off a little. Run timing as high as possible without pinging.

    FYI - an offroad pipe means without cats. So it cannot be both offroad and have cats. If it has cats, it may or may not have bungs on the pipe. Either way, you can get some welded in or you may have to buy MIL eliminators.

    I had the P0455 leak before. It was because the gas cap was removed when the car was running. Just make sure your gas cap is seated right and it will be fine. You will need to have the code removed though.

    To connect the wire to the cig lighter all I did was splice into the wire about 3 inches from the cig lighter. Don't pull the wire out of the cig lighter, just tap into it. I think they supply a connector so you shouldn't even have to cut the wire. You just want to tap into that wire somehow...

    For the record... The screen has nothing to do with catching debris. It is only used to create less turbulent air. The same reason your K&N has a screen on it. Also the same reason why they put a grill in front of the radiator on lots of cars. Smooth air flows faster than turbulent air...

    I would put in the CC plates even if you don't require them. Reason 1: They are a lot stiffer than the stock plates with rubber bushings. This will translate into better handling. Reason 2: You may need them in the future. Why go through all the work twice when they don't cost that much more...

    Gears. 4.10 minimum. The RPM difference between the 3.73 and the 4.10's is minimal but the acceleration difference (SOTP) is much better with 4.10's in my opinion.

    Aluminum Driveshaft

    Personally, a driveshaft is low on my priority list. If you are putting down serious HP, I think it is a good mod. It may also be a good mod if you have rear-end vibration due to gears. But it will give little SOTP increase, so I will save my cash for other mods. Just my $.02, your situation...
