    If you want more speed for less money, go with the Cobra. Saleens are masked up GTs unless they are the supercharged versions. You are paying for the name, suspension, rims, and very few HP over a GT. Not worth it at all, unless you like all show and no go.

    Fill me in on 95-98's if you can..

    Definitely a 96-98 Cobra. They are becoming cheaper and have the most power out of those years. They start with 305HP at the flywheel and with a few cheap bolt-ons (H or X pipe, Cold air, catback, etc.) they will easily get into the mid 13s.     I had blown both of my head gaskets. They are gonna build me a motor with a VT Cobra Sportsman block,ARP studs, Fel-pro gaskets and are sending my heads to a machine shop to be slightly milled. Any input on this setup is greatly appreciated. Anybody running this setup?
