    Id just get an aftermarket catted h-pipe.Youll be legal,pass emissions,and get better airflow.Mine cost like 150.00.You might spend more than that patching up that old pipe.

    I say if your worried about leaks,try a synthetic blend and see how it goes.Mine has 120k on it and I have no leaks with fully synthetic but as HISSIN said no two are the same.

    I got it figured out.The bolts are bolted into a metal pin (for lack of a better term)that slides into the caliper bracket.Seems lika a strange design but I guess it works.Thanks for the help :nice:

    Mines a 99 and it has been great.I would get a beater for the winter though.Mine isnt too bad in the snow when you are level but going up and down giant curvey hills (like where I live) can be interesting.
