    Another vote for a Lentech Valve Body,it is well build and shift firm . Not having to playing around with springs and check balls is a plus with a bolt on Valve body. But if you could torn down a AOD tranny then you should have no problem with a shift kit too. For a stock car I would save a few...

    Years ago I get one of the first PA valve body for the Ford AOD,have it put in and fried the OD band just going around the block for a test drive. PA send out another one after telling me nothing is wrong with the first one. The second test drive only lasted half a block before the wheels locked...

    BE CAREFULL OF THE BLACK ICE !!!!!!

    Only took me 1.5 hours to get home last night from DT Bellevue to Kirkland,the traffic was horrible on the edge of town even at 11:30 pm. So much ice and I was spinning the stud tires on my Kia,without them I will be on the side of the road for sure.

    Used to have a B&M Hammer shifter on my Blue Mustang. Fits like a glove and no cutting of anything. Works like a charm too. Here is a picture of it on the car,sorry for the clutter....lol

    Morso 3" wheel studs..

    Anyone know if there is a easier way to get the factory studs off ? I been out in the sun sweating this morning and hitting them with a dead blow hammer and they won't even move,To have them press off is my other option. But this is free..lol K

    Thanks for the info..I went to a different shop and get a much better price for the rebuild so I am 90% sure I will rebuild the stocker. I have to put in some 3" wheel studs so I am safe and legal using those Weld wheels...Not looking forward to doing it.lol
