    Losing subs....buying new speakers

    I just bought a hard tonneau cover for my vert and since those will need to eb stashed in the trunk I will need to lose the subs. If I replaced all 4 stock speakers can I get close to the bass of my 2 10" subs? I dont need all the abss but what brand speakers would give me good bass?

    Im not sure. I asked the guy if it was like the one at www.sportsroadster.com (sight seems to be down) and he said it was exactly "like" it. Not sure if that means it was that brand or not. It is a two peice, and does look exactly "like" the one on that page for sale.

    I think those look pretty good. Im a big fan of the Saleen dual center exhaust look and its nice to know you can get it, along with the bumper to match from a different (and cheaper) company.

    Naturally Aspirated or what ever. When people refer to N/A it means with no blowers or nitrous.

    I had an accident in my former 97 GT and it mostly looked like cosmetic damage. Upon further inspection, there was major frame damage and it raised to repairs up to about 12k and totalled the car.....so I bought a 97 Vert :-)

    I can go through a pair of bulbs in about a month. I heard that sometimes moisture builds up, and being in Seattle....theres plenty of moisture to go around. The bulbs are breaking or rattling and hitting something, they are fully intact. I even bough expensive, 40,000 hour or whatever Xenon...

    Was this always a problem? Or was this discovered after you had the car for a while. Im not so sure a gap in sealent would be the problem since I have had my car 2 years without this problem....but maybe the sealent is weak and cracked? :shrug:

    Ive smelled the liquid....definitely seems to be water. There is a foul smell, but I think it is crumbs from fast food bags, it doesnt seem to resemble anything that would go into a car. You say to check the heater core. Im an intelligent person, but anything under that hood is like me...
