    5.0 water pump leak

    my buddy has a 91 5.0 and has replaced the water pump gasket about 4 times now. it keeps leaking from were the backing plate mats to the pump can't figure it out help any ideas. car is supercharged if that matters

    the codes are all readings stored codes none new found but here they are 314, 332, 311, and 10 and please let me know hoe to check my ect. thanks

    I am wondering does anyone know if I need it connected. most of my emissions stuff is gone. I do still have the vacuum hooked up for the solenoid off of the intake. just wondering if there is a benefit to leaving it hooked up because it looks about time to replace the vacuum tubing for it

    it only does it on cold start up. have cleaned maf and also put new one on just to ck. timing is set at 14 degrees. haven't check the temp sensor. guess i could reference ohms and ck it. and i do beleive the computer is making the car run rich for that brief time
