    i went with the KC, i figure the mustang is still very stock and won't have more hp then that kc can handle for a while.

    im curious, these 2 are the cheapest off road pipes i've been able to find brand new. they are both 2 piece clamped at the hpipe. wondering if anyone owns 1 of these and if it fit ok?

    i hear bad things about spec...rattling mainly...i dont need that kinda stress lol. got enough squeeks to deal with. isn't the spec stage 1 equivlent to the KC?

    well i'm going with the KC should be fine for a stock setup. i have 80k on original clutch :p upr has it for 169...10 bucks more then the heavy duty from summit.

    stiff clutches don't bother me, i feel like i have a bit more control with them...llight clutches like in my friends honda don't feel right to me. and you are right... people have a hard time on my car as it is with the oem clutch heh. what makes it so stiff? does it have a higher clamping...

    im about to buy a clutch and i'm deciding between the king cobra and the heavy duty as well. so the heavy duty has a stiff clutch pedal? wonder if i should move up to the king cobra.. my car is stock and it isn't going to have 300+ hp for a long time yet. i just need something basic..besides oem.

    thats what it is..its more brittle. i don't think i have to worry about it flexing unless for some reason my exhaust gets bashed around :D

    i heard somewhere that it does something to metal that makes it not as strong as it would be. anyways, i was wondering about bbk's chrome headers... they would last under daily driving as long if not longer then regular flowtech black painted shorties wouldn't they? i just can't decide flowtechs...

    just buy some heater hose and clamps...cut the old pipe but leave enough to attach 3-4 inches of hose to.

    if your car is lowered, how would they see under it. also if you ever get pulled over, make sure you turn your car off, and not drive off till the cop does... i always push the clutch in when passing cops just so it drops the rpm and keeps things quiet. :nice:

    why 03 GT mufflers? :shrug: might sound ok....i dunno the Hpipe will be all the balls so the sound of that setup.

    my bro wants to change his rear end gears in his 69 mustang. he isn't sure if he wants to do it himself. i was wondering if any of you guys had a tech article or a link to one that could help him/me in the decision. :nice:

    nope never locked the rears... maybe the brakes are old...i've never done it in either of my mustangs.... another reason why i assumed they didn't was because doing brake stands is so easy. i guess that is just tearing up rear brakes... (as well as tires :nice: )

    I always thought they didn't, being that they are drums and disc in front. if so how much are they really braking? 80% 20%rear? or less? :shrug:
