Welcome to Stangnet! Were a pretty laid back group over here on the Canada West Forums and everyone is always willing to go out of their way to help out other members, although you may notice lots of bickering over on the 4.6 Forums :rlaugh: but there are alot of great people over there too...

so this is the kit what you all think

You'll be OK with just the stock tune as I see you only have an X-pipe. Where people run into trouble is when they already have several mods that can alter the a/f. It would be a good idea to pick up the Zex window switch to prevent damage from a missed shift.

    Temp too high???

No, as the others have said, it's not normal for the engine to get that hot. If the temp still gets that warm after doing what waws already suggested, take it to a radiator shop and have the problem fixed. Engines die when overheated.

Is the P-51 or RR intake manifolds worth it?

It sure would be nice if they would have had a dyno of a stock 4.6 instead of something putting out 500Hp

    PLEASE HELP!

I've never had much luck with just adding shorties or pulleys on the our cars, as they really don't seem to do much. Both together I think you might drop a tenth or two [maybe...] but I can't see it getting you into the 12's.

    PLEASE HELP!

I agree with this if you already have the PI intake and cams but not if your trying to compete with a PI without them.

The fastest one in any of the tests I could find is 14.2 for the 944 turbo S model.

    PLEASE HELP!

Nope, the main difference in the PI engine and the Non-PI are the intake, heads/cams, pistons and COPP vs coil paks. The pistons on the Non-Pi have a slightly higher dome than the PI so when you swap heads, the compression also goes up to around 10:1 . As far as cams, you can go PI or...

    PLEASE HELP!

Good advice unless your planning on a s/c. Just have the NPI's ported or look around for another set of NPI heads [cheap] and get them ported, that way you can just swap the ported heads on while it's apart and you don't have as much down time and just resell yours. The bump in compression that...

    2003 4.6L heads

I believe there were more threads holding in the plug only in 04'. When I bought my heads from Parkway that is what was stated in the add.

High oil pressure after PI swap

As other's have said, the oil pressure guage is basically an on/off switch with a guage hooked to it, so 10psi would read the same on the guage as 20psi. Also swapping heads on your car won't change oil pressure readings unless you have a plugged oil passage or two and I can't see that happening.
